CWT Portrait:
Portrait is our on-line tool that permits our clients create their own booking profile. This ensures the accuracy and relevance of all customer information. To maintain information updated, our profile management database system periodically mails travelers a user-friendly copy o f their profile for verification and update. Portrait interacts with our reservation system, ensuring all passengers` information is available and up to date at the time of booking.
The data maintained in the profiles help to:

control of the information related to the passengers preferences.
* The responsibility of entering the data and maintaining it up to date is of the
passenger, without the intervention of the travel consultant.
* Saves time when creating a reservation.

CWT Hotel Programme:
A portfolio of more than 17,000 world wide hotels, with whom special and corporate rates are negotiated exclusively for our clients. Our hotel program features preferred (lower than corporate) rates over 2,800 cities around the world. We have created strategic alliances with these select groups of hotels, who share our same objectives: to offer added value and high quality services at the best rates. The rates can only be booked through Carlson Wagonlit offices and includes additional benefits for the customer.
CWT Preview:
Our internet generated reporting system, allows the localization of passengers in emergency zones, for example in earthquakes, hurricane affected areas or air traffic accidents. It allows us to know location of passengers in route or in place of the affected region. Also the minute we receive any type of alert, we are able to generate a report to all reservations booked to the affected area, even if the air ticket has not been issued yet, allowing our client/passenger to take the appropriate precautions.

CWT Customer Service Application (CSA):
Web based Customer Service Application, provides automatic and effective tracking system. It has been designed to ensure the easy entry and processing of each customer service issue. Allows us to keep a register of all claims received and then offer the client an up to date report on the current situation of the claim. All issues are maintain in a central database, which allows for generating local, national or international reports and analysis.
CWT - Ulisse :
This is our current back office system. It registers all daily operations and offers electronic and paper reports. Cost centers, passenger, can be filtered by date of service issuing as also by date of invoicing. These reports will allow the client a control of all accounting data received from our company. It will inform the comparative air fare paid against the highest and lowest air fare available along with the cost saving earned by applying the corporate travel policy.

24 hour Domestic Service Assistance:
CWT Peru offers local clients a direct line for 24 hour telephone Assistance. We can help our clients make reservations and issue tickets when requirement is needed out of business hours. Our service includes assistance at International Airport if client need support for any specific reason.
